At present, we have factories in Guangzhou,Dongguan and Shenzhen, with a cumulative area of 6,000 square meters, more than 100 technicians, and 150+ equipment in the whole line. Based on the concept of diversified layout, each of our factories can undertake different businesses based on the partial overlap, including the production and processing of large parts, medium-size and small parts, as well as micro-precision parts. Each product we manufacture will be inspected at least three times from design to delivery, including semi-finished product inspection, pre-plating inspection, and pre-shipment inspection. Our Materisls

Excellent Apllicability

CNC machining is compatible with a variety of materials and can process metals, alloys, composites, semiconductors, and engineering plastics.  Several raw materials commonly used in CNC precision machining and their characteristics are as follows.

Aluminum is a light and non-magnetic material with excellent thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. Aluminum is easy to process and low in batch cost, so it is usually the most economical choice for manufacturing customized metal parts and prototypes. The most widely used aluminum materials include aluminum 6061, 6063, 2024 and 5052.

Copper is a tough metal with excellent conductivity, whose surface is rose red. It contains 99.9% copper, and some other elements are added to improve the surface and performance. Copper has good conductivity, thermal conductivity, ductility, deep drawing and corrosion resistance. It is widely used to make conductive and heat conductive equipment.

Brass is a copper-zinc alloy with high strength, high hardness, strong chemical corrosion resistance, good machinability and excellent electrical conductivity. It is one of the easiest materials to be processed, so it is usually used for large-scale applications.

Brass is commonly used in pipe fittings, home decoration and musical instruments, mainly because its material is soft and easy to process. Its excellent conductivity and durability make it suitable for precision machined electronic components.

Stainless steel is undoubtedly the most commonly used material in precision CNC machining, including SUS303, SUS304, SUS316, etc. The difference among all materials in the range of stainless steel lies in the number of doped materials.

SUS303 has excellent toughness and machinability, but low corrosion resistance. It is usually used for mass production processing, such as nuts and bolts for aerospace applications.

SUS304 is widely used and has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, low-temperature strength and mechanical properties.

Low-carbon steel has good machinability and weldability. Because of their low cost, they can be used for manufacturing including machine parts, clamps and fixtures. But the disadvantage of low carbon steel is that it is easy to be corroded and eroded by chemicals. Common low carbon steels include low carbon steels 1018, 1045 and A36.

Titanium is not only lightweight and ductile, but also has excellent heat resistance and oxidation resistance and is commonly used in military, aerospace, industrial and biomedical applications. Titanium is very compatible with biological factors and is well suited for use in the medical field. Although difficult to machine, its machinability can be improved by CNC machining. 


1. What are your CNC Machining & Turning capabilities?

QH Technology can accommodate the prototyping and production of large machined parts or metal. Our maximum CNC machining build envelope is 800 mm x 700 mm x 1500 mm. Surface roughness up to 0.8μ. We allow you to specify even tighter tolerances as well as custom features according to your actual demand.

4. How much does your CNC machining service cost?

The cost of your CNC machining projects is not fixed as it depends on the characteristics of your project such as the design, specialty tolerances and surface roughness. Machining times of the material to be used in the project also contribute to this pricing.
